We want you to be 100% pleased with your online purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of any regular priced items (within 14 days of receiving your order) for a store credit or store exchange (store credits do not expire). To be eligible for a store credit or store exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items or any item purchased with a discount/promotional code cannot be returned and are final sale.

How to return an Item

If you would like to make an exchange or get a store credit from an online purchase (item(s) must not be worn, washed, or damaged and must have all original tags and packaging), you must let us know within the 14 days of receiving your order via email at info@borealishairboutique.ca. We will then send you return instructions. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your store credit or exchange. Once approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed. All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
